Dilly Bread
Ingredients:

2 Tbls Chopped Green Onions

1 Tbls Earth Balance, a Buttery Substitute

1 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1/4 Cup Warm Water
-
1 Package Yeast or 1 Tbls Yeast

2 Packets of Splenda
-
2 Tsp Dill Seeds or Dill Weed

1 Tsp Salt
-
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
-
1 Egg
-
2 1/2 Cups Flour
-
Sauté onion in butter. Stir in cottage and remove from heat.

Stir yeast into warm water. Combine rest of ingredients and add yeast mixture.

Mix altogether.

Let rise in bowl till doubled.

Stir down and transfer to a round loaf pan.

Let rise again.
-
Bake at 350F for 34-50 min.
