Potato Soup *Adapted from “My
Potato Soup” recipe. This is not a mild potato soup. Serves 2.
Place buttery spread in a sauce pan, add potatoes and onions, cook on medium heat a few minutes. Then add 2-3 Tbsp. water, cook until tender. Add 3 Tbsp. flour and stir till blended. Add soymilk and cook till thicken and steaming. |
