Serve Fish Twice a
Week and AVOID A TRIFECTA OF HORRIBLE, PAINFUL, FATAL DISEASES!
You know that eating salmon helps prevent heart disease. Now there's another
reason for the fish to be nervous: It may also protect you from cancer.
According to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition,
people who consumed two or more servings of fish per week had between 50 percent
and 60 percent lower rates of stomach, colon, and pancreatic cancers. The
researchers speculate that the fatty acids in fish such as salmon and tuna
inhibit the growth of cancer cells. We speculate that researchers may inhibit
the growth of the tuna and salmon populations.
